Biyografi

Prof. Dr. Panteha Farmanesh, insan kaynakları yönetimi, liderlik, sürdürülebilirlik ve örgütsel davranış alanlarında geniş deneyime sahip İşletme Yönetimi Profesörüdür. Doktorasını Girne Amerikan Üniversitesi’nden İşletme Yönetimi alanında tamamlamış olup, yüksek lisansını uluslararası işletme yönetimi ve lisansını işletme yönetimi alanında almıştır. Araştırmaları, sürdürülebilir insan kaynakları yönetimi, liderlik, çalışan refahı, yeşil inovasyon ve dijital dönüşüm ile yapay zekanın örgütsel etkileri, ekonomi ve finans konularına odaklanmaktadır. Prof. Dr. Farmanesh, SSCI ve SCI indeksli yüksek etkili uluslararası dergilerde geniş çapta yayın yapmış ve birçok yüksek lisans ve doktora tezini danışmanlık yapmıştır. Halen ARUCAD – Arkin Yaratıcı Sanatlar ve Tasarım Üniversitesi’nde Rektör Danışmanı ve ARUCAD Araştırma Merkezi’nde Baş Bilimsel Görevli olarak görev yapmaktadır.
