Prof. Dr. Panteha Farmanesh is a Professor of Business Management with extensive experience in human resource management, leadership, sustainability, and organizational behavior. She received her PhD in Business Management from Girne American University, following her master’s degree in international business management and a bachelor’s degree in business management. Her research focuses on sustainable human resource management, leadership, employee well-being, green innovation, and the organizational implications of digital transformation and artificial intelligence, economic and finance. Prof. Dr. Farmanesh has published widely in high-impact international journals indexed in SSCI and SCI and has supervised numerous Master’s and PhD theses. She currently serves as Advisor to the Rector at ARUCAD – Arkin University of Creative Art and Design and as Chief Scientific Officer at the ARUCAD Research Centre.
