Dr. Nazgol Hafizi is an Architect and Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Design, currently serving as the Head of the Department of Architecture. She holds a PhD in Architecture, with research focusing on climate-adaptive building shells, facade design, energy efficiency, and user satisfaction through AI-based performance evaluation.

Her academic work explores innovative materials in facade systems, sustainable development, and the integration of advanced digital technologies (AR/VR) in architectural education. Dr. Hafizi has published in internationally indexed journals and actively contributes to research on sustainable and performance-driven design approaches.

She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in architectural design, sustainable development, and building technologies, fostering a research-oriented and interdisciplinary learning environment.
