Saloumeh Khayyat holds a PhD in Architecture from Eastern Mediterranean University (2022), where her doctoral research focused on green space morphology and typology in the urban landscape of Northern Nicosia. She received her MSc in Architecture from the same institution in 2013, with research on green space proximity in housing areas, and her BArch from Khayyam University in 2008. Her research interests include urban morphology, urban landscape, housing, and residential green spaces. She is currently a faculty member at Arkin University of Creative Arts and Design.
